It will be called a ‘Mobile Revolution’ of India after the onset of Information Technology revolution started from Hyderabad.The expanding smartphone market, newly introduced 4G technology and positive environment are the launch pad for smart phone companies to start operations soon in India.

In recent development, Indian smart phone company Micromax is playing positive on Indian turf to invest Rs 2000 cr for expansion.
The handset manufacturer has created revolution in market now shift its research and manufacturing from China to Hyderabad. The Hyderabad facility will cater mobile as well as LED lights and LED TV’s.
In interview with media, Rajesh Agarwal, co-founder, Micromax, averts that the company will expand its operations to two to three countries this year.
Micromax is eyeing 25 percent surge during 2016-17 to achieve revenues of Rs.15,000 cr, compared to Rs.12,000 crore in 2015-16. The company is present in SAARC countries and Russia, it is looking at CIS countries, Africa and Iran for growth.
Apart from Hyderabad plant and facility in Uttrakhand, the third facility is expected to be kick start production in Rajasthan.
The mobile companies are either starting with their own facilities or tied up with the handset manufacturers based in India.
The Chinese company also has similar interests in India, as Gionee is set to start production with Noida-based Dixon Technologies, second to be named by company after Taiwanese manufacturer Foxconn.

The impact of slowdown in China moved the other Chinese player Huawei and LeEco to take India rout. The companies are in initials phase of discussion to start local production in ever emerging smartphone market of India.

and assembling, that will be creating the biggest opportunity for the
foreign investment and employment in India.
The home appliances mega player in India, LG Electronics India, started making selected models of smarphones in India. For a local assistance, LG has tied up with GDN Enterprises (Delhi based Optiemus Group) which will help the company’s manufacturing unit. Optiemus manufactures for HTC and Oppo and has inked a joint venture with Taiwan’s leading contract manufacturer Wistron for setting up a new plant, which will eventually undertake production for these smartphone brands, reported ET.
